    I'm not surprised.

    The air here is filthy.

    Although Austria signed Kyoto Protocol the muck in the air can be 3x the allowed danger level where I am sitting in the smog not daring to go out the door. Hardly daring to draw breath.

    Already this year we have exceeded our pollution quota 60 times.
